Praise Is The Cure Week™ of Hope, Health & Healing

Each year African American women are dying from breast cancer at alarming rates because prevention tools, breast health education, and resources for treatment are not readily available. Praise Is The Cure™ (PITC) was created to put an end to this needless trend. Through a mix of community outreach, entertainment, and educational wellness programs, PITC is working hard to reach its simple goal of Creating More Survivors and Galvanizing communities to take part in the Fight Against Breast Cancer.

During our week of programming, we will feature several events, including: our city wide community Breast Cancer Awareness Day, our Children's Festival, Health Fair Screenings and Wellness Workshops, a Pampering Party for Breast Cancer Patients and Survivors, a mens-only forum called Real Men Wear Pink - Taking Care of Others and Yourself, and our highly anticipated Annual Concert.
